EDI – Support Analyst
(Cebu City)

Responsibilities:

* The work for the candidate we seek will involve providing daily support to users, making system updates or enhancements, monitoring application performance, resolve errors and problems through analysis, testing, and involvement of other business and I/T teams (as required), and participating in periodic security validations.

* Specific job requirements include, but are not limited to:
* Knowledgeable in the EDI process and the different EDI standards
* Ability to conduct gap analysis and develop mapping requirements
* Mapping evaluation and testing, parameter set-up, system migration and integration, etc. for EDI connection
* Develop and implement processes that support the company’s ERP system
* Knowledgeable in ERP modules for Order Management
* Knowledge in JDE, SAP, and/or Oracle, an advantage

Requirements:

* Has BS degree in any of the following: Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering (MS degree is an added advantage)
* Ability to listen, understand and document requirements/solutions
* Experience with supply chain processes, practices, and operating policies
* Effective English language skills; verbal and written communications
* Strong analytical and customer service skills
* Very strong problem resolution skills
* Ability to work in a team environment with globally dispersed operations
* Strong ability to create and execute test plans
* 3 yrs. Experience working in an ERP environment with a knowledge on order management
* Planning Systems a plus
* B2B Integration a plus
* Software testing experience a plus
* Programming, SQL/database experience a plus
* Willing and able to travel internationally
* Willing and able to work US or Europe business hours as necessary
