Jr. Service Engineer (Cebu City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Shall be responsible for the repair of Systems products (Laptop, Notebook, Portable PC, Mini PC)
* Must be familiar with the products and recommend the best ways to repair them
* Shall be responsible for accuracy of current testing and troubleshooting procedures
* Shall be in charge of repair and support under the turn around time set by the company and responsible for upholding the quality of repairs made
* Provide assistance in matters of Pre-Qualification testing
* Responsible for submitting reports for product issues for special cases under you to the Customer Care Manager
* Shall be expected to actively participate in forums or discussion groups and provide communication to manufacturers for technical issues
* Keep up to date with the latest changes in technology as well as up and coming new products under your group.
* Shall be tasked to go on field as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

* Male not more than 28 years old, graduate of any Engineering course
* Must be familiar with precision electronics and SMT technology; must have at least one (1) year experience in printers or DSLR repair
* Knowledgeable in basic trouble shooting of computers and laptops
* Aggressive, resourceful, and result-oriented with excellent customer and interpersonal skills.
* Must be a permanent resident and willing to be assigned in Cebu City
