* High standard of written/oral communication skills in English.
* Understanding of Appointment Booking systems, Business management and Point of Sale functions.

* Knowledge of other languages like Chinese is beneficial
* Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar environment

Requirements:

o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.

o At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

o Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.

o Full-Time positions available.
