Master Reference Data Analyst – Engineering
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

* The Analyst will be part of a Data Cleanse Workstream that is in place to support and serve various Shell companies that are converting systems from Legacy to GSAP.
* Will perform data analysis, mapping, cleansing, correction, and documentation as required for several Engineering MRD objects for GSAP roll-in countries.

Requirements:

* Candidate must be a Bachelor Degree holder in the field of Chemical / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent. Chartered Engineer an advantage.
* At least 1 year experience in the field of Contracting & Procurement, Datacleansing, Streamlining, Project Execution, and Data Maintenance.
* Experience in using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Procurement or Material Management (SRM or MM) modules, or experience in using JD Edwards maintenance system an advantage.
* Strong proficiency in using PC applications (eg: MS Office, Internet, Email)
* Proven team player, flexible and adaptable to change, with track record of demonstrating initiative, analytical capabilities and problem solving.
* Ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels and across culturally diverse environments.
* Good command in English both oral and written.
* Willing to work on night shift schedule and to be based in Makati City, Philippines.
* Required language(s): English.
