Consulting Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

* Partner Management
* Responsible for all commercial interactions with consulting Partners (e.g., Accenture, Bearing Point, etc.)
* Assist in drafting and negotiating contractual arrangements
* Monitor compliance with SOWs and established processes required with Partners
* Monitor and report on project progress and risk through involvement with project steering committees
* Provide administrative project management analysis and research support to existing consulting projects to achieve required quality and profitability levels
* Analyze inbound and outbound consulting proposals and statements of work for adherence to corporate standards of scope, timelines and deliverables
* Work with Oracle and Partner legal teams to guide contracts through appropriate approvals

* Operations
* Identify top areas for process and quality improvement initiatives through interviews with internal and external stakeholders
* Lead analysis and execution stages of selected process improvement projects, including business case creation, implementation and ongoing monitoring of results
* Design and create a management reporting infrastructure using the most appropriate and flexible communications channels – metrics may include: utilization, profitability, deliverable quality, measures of MDC financial and operational targets and Partner-related measures
* Assist the MDC Director with key Human Resources initiatives including recruiting, career management and employee retention
* Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the MDC
* Ensure that all outstanding operational follow up items that comes up in different management meetings are monitored through completion
* Execute on other key initiatives as assigned by the MDC Director

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science in any field.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in an IT Consulting Firm or a related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
* Job role in Project & ResourceManagement and Business Analytics.
* Full-Time positions available.
