CCTV/ACCESS Operator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND NATURE
• To operate and monitor all systems, including CCTV and Security Access within the Control Centre in a professional and efficient manner.
• To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with quality standards whilst preserving the rights of the individual.
II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES
• To operate and monitor all systems within the control centre in an efficient manner ensuring that all works is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedure.
• Routine monitoring and inspection of system operation and housekeeping activities during each shift. Performs minor routine maintenance as needed.
• To record all events and action taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format.
• To report equipment failure to the site supervisor to maximize operation of the system.
• Effectively communicates relevant information and observation.
• Assist third party contractors and suppliers in conducting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on the system.
• To maintain and secure copy or back-up copy of all event and recording. Ensure the security of the control room and equipment.
• To ensure the integrity and availability of the record and back-up copy during the specified retention period.
• To deal with tape/digital viewing request in support to the investigation or query in solving issues of deviation and offences taking place both inside and outside the premises.
• To liaise with other department and members of staff by various communication systems to ensure the most appropriate and effective use of the CCTV and Access system. To be able to provide at all times all evidential records acceptable to the rules of evidence.
• Responds quickly to facilities requests via email and updates requestor as to request status.
• Recording and preparation of daily shift report and status.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): • Experience in handling, operating and maintaining equipment..
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
